My great, great, grand Uncle William Madden belonged to company E 40th NY Regiment. I am looking for images of the 40th NY and by a miracle hope to find a carte de visite of William Madden. On May 5, 1862, he was wounded in the leg at the Battle of Williamsburg and died from Typhoid fever at the Camden Street Hospital, Baltimore, Md. June 3, 1862. Any help will be deep appreciated.
