This video is based on and produced by the author of the above titled book (The War of the Aeronauts) written by Charles M. Evans. This book is very much worth reading, Mr. Evans does a great job presenting a balanced story of the history of ballooning in the ACW. Running time is 5 minutes and 33 seconds.
